Rational Insight Integration with RQM/RTC - CLM
Hi there.
I'm currently trying to do integration between 2 rational applications - CLM and Insight. We've installed CLM 3.0.1 and Rational Insight 1.1.
At the moment I'm having 2 major issues.
The first one is regarding opening the report studio and creating a new template report but the windows is opening infinitely. The bar from the graphic windows is loaded but then the window remains in this state.
Some related issues that I have found are below but I have verified them and one is for the error "Running the utility results in the following error message: The system cannot find the path specified." and I checked the java and is correctly asigned and the second one is not valid since I don't use the command line. Maybe I'm looking it wrong though. Your input is apreciated.

The second issue is regarding how is a normal workflow for a report. I'm just guessing here - but you are doing something in RQM (test cases, execution reports, defects and so on) and then you export this data or it gets exported automatically into your Rational Insight. And from there you somehow view it in reports studio. Could you elaborate a bit about the whole process in more detail? I have never done it before.
