All email notifications to be sent from a single address
Is there a way to force all email notifications from all CLM applications (CCM, QM, RM) to be sent from the email address specified for the 'E-mail from Address' property?
If it is not possible, how can I determine which emails will be sent from the 'E-mail from Address' and which emails will be sent from users' email address?
For example, when generating a team invitation, an email will be sent from the user's email address; while when updating work items, emails will be sent from the 'E-mail from Address'.
"The Jazz SMTP emails are blocked from our agency since they are coming from outside the agency with an agency address (spoof rule). The emails need to come from a non-agency address."
