There are various ways to access training: (some sources point to the same material)

There is overview content on Jazz.net: https://jazz.net/products/rational-doors/

There is a DOORS Next Generation video playlist on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZGO0qYNSD4X757uGAmkWhieGknL4asHl

In the CLM 4.0.4 information center, there is a tour: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m4/topic/com.ibm.rational.rrm.web.tour.toc.doc/topics/tour_wrapper.html
and there are RM tutorials: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m4/nav/1_2

There is some training available in the DOORS Next Generation on IBM developerWorks (http://ibm.co/doors-next-learning-circle). Click "Create your learning roadmap", then "Go to the Learning Roadmap template". You will need a developerWorks account.

I hope this helps.
