Design Manager linking to System Architect

Does anyone know if models created in Rational System Architect be linked and published with Design Manager?

System Architect 11.4.1 introduced OSLC linking, so models in System Architect can now be linked to RSA & Rhapsody models in Design Manager via OSLC.

System Architect models cannot be published to Design Manager.
