Unable to import models into Design Manager (Rational Software Architect)

Good day,
We have installed on our environment, Design Management 6.0.0, which we would like to use in conjunction with our current CLM solution.
Also installed is the RSA client as well as the Import Engine (which has been configured). On the server side, an import definition has been created, and when the tested, the connection to the Import Engine shows that it is successful.
The problem that seems to happen is when we request an import (from the DM web client), the import is always unsuccessful and throws the error:
Errors
Could someone please guide me/help me resolve this.
Best Regards,
Alick
