getting 'more than one mapping for item with id ...'

Getting above error when trying to assign more than one license to a user with eclipse client. On the web I get the CRJAZ1846E error. I tried following the instructions given in another post but it did not fix it. Oddly enough, if I use the admin jazz server it shows the profile with all the licenses but CCM on the web and client only show one. I thought this might be because there were two identical profiles (one upper case and one lower case) with the same e-mail address. I archived one of them (as recommended by the user guide) but that did not change anything.

I am on an IBM i server. I downloaded the latest updates to my eclipse client yesterday.
