how to make file executable in RTC 2.x

Hello,

We are using RTC 2.0.0.1 while using build automation the files loaded in unix workspace are not executable
how do we make the file executable ? we are using windows client

i tried changing the permissions giving fll control and checking back the file but still while loading on unix workspace it does not show as executable

I tried looking at executable property of a file from package explorer---> properties it shows readonly and is not modifiable

How can we make it executable ?
