Hi,
I'm using the wiki https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RtcSdk30. I need to create a development time local repository db to run my server env with Jetty.

I have done the following:
- Imported the com.ibm.team.repository.service.tests plug-in from the target platform, which is part of the RTC SDK.
- Imported the server time development license plug-in from myserver install

Now when I run the launch config "Create Tests Database" I get this error:

com.ibm.team.repository.common.transport.TeamServiceException: CRJAZ0098I The "com.ibm.team.repository.service.tests.remotetests.IRemoteTestService{/jazz/secure/service/com.ibm.team.repository.service.tests.remotetests.IRemoteTestService}" service failed.  The server returned the HTTP error 404 with error text "Not Found". 

	at com.ibm.team.repository.transport.client.ClientHttpUtil.throwHttpClientError(ClientHttpUtil.java:1267)

	

I've tried doing the same in RTC 2.x and it worked fine.
How can I create a development time local repository DB with RTC 3.0.1?
