Average time used on each CLM version and Insight

Does any one know the average time spend at Insight Administrator to mantain the new release from the ETL perspective used in each Rational CLM version ? This can be 20% or ... so?
I will appreciate all your advice

Guillermo,

It depends whether you are familiar with Insight or CLM or not. From CLM 2.x to CLM 3.x, Insight changes ETL extraction mode from database to REST mode and changes KEY column from "SOURCE_ID/EXTERNAL_KEY1" to "EXTERNAL_KEY2". These are the core changes, and I suggest investigate the RTC migration job of ETL catalog.

Does any one know how many users are in the Wold using of Rational Jazz Tools ? :lol:
