Hi,

I have configured DataWare house model .ETL jobs and ran the jobs manually but it is failing with below error message. Even I could not find the ri_jdbc.log file in my system too.


pid 7880 Build Node 32 'Category_stg'; reported the following:

DM-DBM-0400 UDA driver reported the following on connection Rational Quality Manager:

UDA-SQL-0107 A general exception has occurred during the operation "prepare".

CRREE9000E: Internal Java error, check ri_jdbc.log for details

Could any one please help me to fix this.

Hi Omprakash,

The ODBC and JDBC logs are disabled by default. (The error message you highlighted is a little misleading because of this fact.)

To enable the ODBC and JDBC logs follow the instructions at
