Rational License Mgr Zip file (disk1.zip) permissions

Kevin Ramer (4.5k9186201) | asked May 19 '10, 9:37 a.m.
I'm trying to update to Rational Insight 1.0.0.2.
Trying to run the install of the license key server. The package has two files, on a tar.gz the other a disk1.zip. Unzipping the disk1.zip NONE of shell files have execute set. Running:

find . -name "*.sh" |xargs chmod +x

helps but only just. When I try to click the label to run the install, nothing happens and on the console

/bin/bash: undefined: command not found

Any suggestions ?

Hi Kevin,

As you discovered, disk1.zip is the Windows version of the license server. RLS.8.0.Red_Hat_Linux_x86.tar.gz is the Linux version of the license server.
