Licenses not being released

We have seen a couple of instances where RTC licenses were not being released, forcing us to stop and restart the service. We are on RTC 2.0. Has anyone seen this and is there a fix?

I worked around by assigning broken user(s) a non-floating license in addition to their floating one.

You may want to raise this with support - they should be able to help.

In the meantime, what version of v2 are you running (eg: v2.0.0.2 ifx4, etc)

In the meantime, what version of v2 are you running (eg: v2.0.0.2 ifx4, etc)
