Select Provider for IM Crash Issue

Hello guys,

I have a "small" problem. When i try select a Service Provider for IM my RTC freeze and crash. No info on server logs, and can't find any log for RTC.
I want use Gmail or Jabber.

I have Ubuntu 12.04 with RTC. And server is RHEL.
