If I rightclick on a user in RTC in the work-items view, and select "Chat" - sometimes the chat-message (Sametime in Notes 8) is populated with a text and a link - e.g. "Regarding Task 1234".

However, this behavior is very inconsistent. If I try it again, it will not insert the "Regarding Task 1234".

I am not able to find a pattern in this behavior. Is it an error, or do I need to set something up, in order for this to work every time?
