The idea of the stakeholders going in and reviewing the requirements is great.. however, we have to deal with license issues for them, and the fact that they are far and spread out over the state (state courts system), and they are not technically savvy.. training so many users spread out over the state would not be very feasible.
Also, spreadsheets would provide a quick view of what their comments/changes are instead of trying to pull reports to see what has changed.. Even though I agree that spreadsheets almost become outdated as soon as someone updates even one requirement
I see that the work item I opened has been assigned now but that's about it.. no target release or any other info :)

Is there a way that a bulk update to requirements can be done by using a web service?
