Does RTC have element graphical versions trees like ClearCase?

Yes, a simple form of the version tree can be found in the left column
of the History view of a file.

Also, check the flow diagram feature. Right click on a stream and select "New -> Flow Diagram".

To clarify a bit, a flow diagram does not provide a version tree, but it
does provide a graphical view for information that a ClearCase user
sometimes obtains from a version tree, namely what branches/streams
deliver their changes to other branches/streams.
