Getting different results when applying the same patch


I create an RTC patch, apply it to my workspace (project --> apply patch),
expand children and see the conflicts. Some files have conflicts and at the side I have the message (38 lines - unable to match context lines).

Moreover, when I remove the patch from the view and I follow the same procedure with the same patch and the same workspace, I get the previous problem but in a different file(s) every time.

I would appreciate any suggestions/solutions.

In a case like this, the details are what matters.
There have been various issues with patching reported (in some cases,
with workarounds), but this isn't one that I've personally run across.
It would be best to either open a work item on jazz.net, or work
directly with Rational Support.
