Has anyone done a successful import from ClearCase to RTC 3?

Hi
I am try to import a base CC VOB from CC 7.1.1.1 to RTC 3.0.1. Very simple VOB, almost no branch, but has more than 50K files.
So far, I tried more than 20 times, never got a successful one, all sorts of errors as you can see from my posts. I am very very close to give up this sort of import.
Thanks
Jirong

Yes, we have lots of customers successfully doing synchronizations. So
if you are having trouble, you will want to work with Rational Support,
or create a work item.
Cheers,
Geoff

Does any know number of files that can stored in RTC without compromising performance. In most SCM tools the more files you keep adding to source control, SCM commands such creating developer sandbox, doing accepts, etc become slower and slower; developer complain.
Just wondering how RTC scales up and what impacts it has on performance as you scale. In our current SCM toolset we have around 500,000 files in the respositary. Can RTC handle this level of files?
