Creating a Report of Time Tracking Entries for all Users

We are using RTC 3.0.0 with the Traditional/Formal PM process. All team members are asked to log the time they spend on a work item into the Time Tracking screen of the tasks they own on at least a weekly basis. Is there a convenient way to create a report of all the time entries made by all team members for the past week?

its available on 5.0.2. you can select the from and TO date and get the report.
