RQM 3.0.1 No test plans listed in widgets in req. reports

No test plans are listed in widget in the "TestCase not covering requisites" report, and other reports. Other reports ( example the "TestCases" report ) are ok.
Our installation uses Oracle for all DBs.
We substituted the old version of the *oda.jar with the new version taken from this site (com.ibm.team.reports.service.oda_2.2.1.201106071120.jar)
the preceding file has been substituted in all the applications sites plugins ( ccm,qm.jts).
We ran all the Data Collection Jobs.
Looking at the etl.log we could see the error ORA-01843 ( invalid month) , referred to many INSERT for many tables.
Any help is appreciated,
thanks
Sandro

I upgraded from 3.0.1 to 3.0.1.1 .
No test plans listed in req.report.

I I do a clean Install of 3.0.1.1
test plans listed in req. report.

Is there a special way to upgrade from 3.0.1 to 3.0.1.1....

DW is installed on oracle databasae.

Regards.

Hi,

In addition to upgrading to version 3.0.1.1, you will also have to configure the data warehouse load process to populate the data warehouse. You can do this in the Report section of the application administration page.

Check the status page to ensure that all the ETL jobs have run successfully. The most common issues I have seen are:

1) The data collector license is not allocated properly;
2) The data collector user is not configured properly (remember, it must be a valid user under your authentication scheme);
3) The data collector must be added to every project you want to collect data from and it has to have a role;

If the ETL jobs are still failing, activate the ETL logs in the Log4j properties files and see what the issue is.
