Quotation marks need to be escaped when doing CSV import as documented in RFC 4180 which defines the CSV format. You can search past postings in this forum to find other advice.

All I see in this is one instance of a single quote. Other than that, I see no quotation marks in the requirement. I did read the document RFC 4180. I have read other posts and can find no answer to my question.
any help would be appreciated.
thanks

The slash characters "/" might also be a problem.

In the absence of anyone else making suggestions, I suggest you remove all special characters and seeing if you can load the requirement successfully, then add the special characters back in one at a time.

Please let us know what you find out.

I think one of my biggest issues is that I do not receive an error message when requirements from a spreadsheet do not load in RCC.
(Like the example provided). I find that I have to upload small chunks of requirements and then double check to make sure all load successfully.

Do you have any suggestions on why I am not receiving an error message when certain requirements in a spreadsheet do not load in RCC?
Thanks!

I would recommend that you go ahead and create a defect for this issue.
