Need help in RRDI setup
Windows 7 Professional (64-bit)
RRDI 1.0.2
I installed RRDI - Report Server (WAS 32-bit) and Database Server (DB2 Express-C 9.7 32-bit).
Following the post installation steps as in the online help.
1. http://hostname:portnumber/reporting
2. Login to JTS with ADMIN
3. Getting the below error:
The dispatcher cannot service the request at this time. The dispatcher is still initializing. Contact your administrator if this problem persists.
I tried the following things:
- Followed the technote: https://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21429161
- Content Manager is running. Checked at: http://hostname:portnumber/reporting/servlet/
- In the "IBM Cognos Configuration" tested for Report server connecting to Content store. Connecting fine.
After all these I still get the dispatcher error.
Am I missing anything?
Thanks!
