but it says that is permanently and I want to install it again what can i do
Hi,
If you want to uninstall and reinstall the CQ Connector and not permanently end synchronization, you can follow the same steps as the upgrade process. Those steps can be found in the Infocenter here:

Thanks for your reply.
So what I have to do are this following steps :
#1 Disable outgoing synchronization for the external repository connection.
#2 Disable outgoing synchronization for the Jazz Team
#3 Stop the ClearQuest Gateway.
#4 Stop the Jazz Team Server.
That are the first 4 steps of the upgrade.
Then I delete the files and re install it later?

Before you delete any files, make sure you back up the files listed in step #10. Then you may uninstall the CQ Connector. After you reinstall the CQ Connector, start the gateway, then shut it down (this deploys the cqconnector.war file). Replace the files in your new install with the files you backed up from your old install. Then you may re-enable outgoing synchronization and start the gateway.
