Are there any plans for making the scm cli fully functional? Especially for it to be able to manipulate(create, destroy, etc.) streams? If so, is there an ETA on that functionality?

Yes, the plans are to bring it up to par for the next June feature release. In fact, we've been adding a lot of APIs to make this happen in the current 1.0.1 stream.

Sorry for the delay, but we focused a lot on the UI aspects of the client and will have to catch-up this year on the CLI.
