RTC on the web: syntax-aware formatting of source code?

Maggie Stearns (1063027) | asked Oct 07 '11, 2:46 p.m.
Does RTC on the web have any syntax-aware formatting for source code?

I've opened an RFE for xml files.

Just wondering if any other users know of anything for formatting source on the web.

-Thanks
Maggie

Hi Maggie,

as far as I am aware, RTC uses the Eclipse/Visual Studio client capability for that. I don't think there is anything on the server to support that. If you want to use the web client to edit source code, you might want to consider downloading the file, editing it with your favorite editor and then finally upload the changed file.
