Hi Scott,

I am not aware that this is possible. I would also be concerned that this baseline is not consistent, built or tested. The preferred approach, as I understand, is to:
* Create a baseline on a selected configuration e.g. in a integration workspace and stream

or

* Create snapshots in public buids. This also creates a baseline for components that are not at a baseline. Having this you can reproduce the stream and create new baselines if you need to.

Right, that is our general approach. But we just happen to have a circumstance where that is not possible.
