Problem during configuration of EMF while running JazzTalk example

I am working with EMF to make some custom schemas.
I am trying to do configuration related things for EMF as mentioned in the example in Jazz.net only.
But I could not find some important files for the same.
Need guidance for the same.

Below is the link for the prerequisites. From which I am unable to get the required files.

Which I am unable to find and getting stuck on progress of the same. )
