the message 'associate quality task' results in RQM pending

RQM ver 3.0.1 /RTC 3.0.1
When we try to save changes to some of our test scripts we receive a message saying 'associate quality task'.
When the message comes RQM is blocked (pending) and we have to restart firefox.
The test scripts causing the problem have auto-generated RQM work items associated.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Regards
Claus

This appears to be a defect. Is there any further detail in the error dialog/message or system log (https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi#Logging_Messages)?

Hi Paul
There are no further details in the error message.
It seems that the defect only occurs when we try to make changes to test scripts created in RQM ver 2.
When we make changes to test scripts created in RQM ver 3.0.1 the save function is working fine.
I will post you a snapshot of the error message.

Claus, this appears to be a product defect. Can you reproduce in RQM 2.0.1.1 iFix3? If so, please open a RQM defect (https://jazz.net/jazz02/web/projects/Rational%20Quality%20Manager#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.newWorkItem) or submit a support request.

We also see this in RQM 3.0.1

It appears to be caused by test scripts which have Work Items associated with them

We tried deleting the work item but this has resulted in a worse side effect of preventing us from opening the test script! I have now raised PMR 2008 49R 000. to cover this
