Is there an example report or tutorial for creating a BIRT report that displays a history of changes made to a work item (including changes to links)?

RTC does not keep historical information about links in the data warehouse. You can only get the current links.

Hi steven,
created historical data showed
like state transition
for that we are use
workiteam snapshot as as data source
and prev state name as data set its kind of showing historical data.
