Dears,

sometime (which is very often occurred) that we don’t have connection with the services due to the Tomcat services termination (without knowing the reasons) 

Anybody have any idea why it is happening ?

Consider checking the server logs and the tomcat logs to find out why this happens. Tomcat has its own logs in server\tomcat\logs
