Custom attributes not visible in RTC Web interface
Greetings,
I have created a couple of new work item types for which I have defined custom attributes. When I create a new work item of one of these types from my RTC Eclipse plug-in in RSA, I get a Custom tab which displays my choices, but when I try to create a work item from the RTC Web interface, I don't see the Custom tab at all. I just see the Overview, Links, Approvals and History tabs. Is this a limitation of the RTC Web interface? Or is there a way to get the Custom tab to display?
Thanks,
Alex Feinberg

Hi Alex
The RTC client uses a 'collect'-feature for the custom tab, that shows all attributes from the work item that are not defined in the editor presentations. The Web UI does not support that. However you should configure the presentations for your attributes in the 'Editor Presentation' configuration of the process spec. The attributes will then also show up in the Web UI.
