RTC Link fails
In the document at https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/2.0.0.2iFix5?p=releaseNotes
It instructs us to add this repository link to the IM repository list.

When I do so, it prompts for a user name and password.
When I enter my JazzHub user name and password, it immediately reprompts for userid and password. Endlessly.
So I'm guessing that (one or more of of):
1 The link is wrong
2 The JazzHub security is having problems
3 Additional authority is required to access the repository (which I don't have)
Any suggestions?

It seems that you are trying to download from jazz.net, not JazzHub. When you choose the link that points you to the jazz.net repository (where the downloads live), you are required to enter your jazz.net username and password. If you enter the wrong username/password, you will indeed stay in that loop forever. There is a box to click on the top right hand side of the jazz.net home page if you have forgotten your username and password. Once you have that, this should work fine.
