Hey, is it possible deploy RTC with templates for how users/customers can fill in stories and tasks? For example what if we a covention to be followed in the story titles, or if we want a certain check list of things in the body of a story?

I don't imediately see where I can setup something like that in RTC.

There is currently no explicit support for work item templates. It
sounds like a special use case of configurable default values for
attributes scoped by work item type, which is tracked in Enhancement

If you would like to create a bunch of similar work items, you may find
the 'Duplicate' action helpful, which is located in the context menu of
a work item.
