Insight (or) RTC Report on SCM Baselines

Hi All,
I am looking at creating a report on the stream-level baselines - displaing basline name, creation date and promotion dates, stream name - should also display the owner and other related info.

Is this possible from RIDW Database? If yes, which table contains the baseline data?

Thanks.

RTC does not expose baseline information via REST service. please raise enhancement request to RTC, thanks.

Hi Wang,
I am not looking at the rest service...I am trying to generate an insight report on SCM baselines and the respective promotion/creation dates at stream level. But, looks like there's no data available in the related tables.
The tables that i am looking at:

RIDW:
D_File_Baseline
F_C_Text_File_VERBSLN_Metrics (and other text file tables that contain VERBSLN in it)

RIODS:
Project_Baseline
File_Baseline
File_Baseline_Activity_Lookup

*When i test the tables, there's a "no data available" message. Please help me in resolving this.

Thanks.

Are you using RTC or ClearCase UCM?

Hi Wang, I am using RTC. And these tables that i mentioned above are from RIDW and RIODS Database.

those tables you mentioned only works with ETL from ClearCase UCM, not RTC SCM, because RTC does not provide this data to Insight, there is nothing Insight can do if RTC does not enhance REST service to provide this data.

Thanks Wang. So, even though the baseline-labels and corresponding details are in RTC, Insight cannot read it. So, is this report possible using Birt atleast? If yes, which tables should be referred to?

this is not a reporting tool issue, currently neither Insight or BIRT can get this information, because the data is not available from the source (RTC).
