User Interface Sketches have black backgrounds in reports
I am having a problem with images in .DOC and .HTML reports that are generated out of RRC 2.0.0.4. Any time I create a report that contains a user interface sketch, the generated images for the sketches all have black backgrounds. When created and viewed in the Eclipse editor, the background correctly displays as white. Any ideas on how I can fix this problem?

I have not seen this issue before, so the problem could be with the environment. For these types of issues where it's a specific error, it is recommended that you raise a ticket with Support.
