Hi,

I'm looking to export an RQM project area from one 3.0.1 installation to another. Before I do it....

The help for repotools -import states that the import is to a new database. Is this a database with jts and qm tables created or or a completely empty database?

Thanks.

This should purge, anything already there in RQM Database.

As Pramod states, -import will prompt you to drop tables from an existing DB.

One thing caught my eye, however.

Is this a database with jts and qm tables created or or a completely empty database?

JTS and QM should definitely each have their own DB, not a shared DB. They can share the same DB server but each require their own DB.
