Migrations from Perforce to RTC

Hi:

Does anyone have any experience migrating source code from
Perforce to RTC?

We would like to maintain our version history.

We are thinking about importing to subversion first (using the
p42svn utility) and then importing to RTC (using the svn importer
provided in RTC).

Does that sound like a good strategy? Is there an easier way?
