I just checked and I'm only seeing the generic WAS setup documentation.
However, one way to do this off the top of my head would be to use a WAS Profile for each QM instance, and make sure each instance has a different URI (i.e. host, port, context root, etc). That should work fine. I'd recommend separate profiles for better isolation (independent patch application, maintenance, etc).
