Software Architect Requirements Management

Is there any way for Rational Software Architect to integrate bidirectionally with Requirements Composer?
Or, with any other tool that connects well with Jazz's RQM & RTC; ideally in that order, passing through the RQM "Test-Plan Gate," prior to dev.
Also, is there any documentation for best-practices requirements documenting for Software Architect?
I'm new to this forum and evaluating RSA & RTC's value prop.
Thanks for any insights you can provide.

The RSA Design Manager provides a collaborative design review environment built on Jazz and integrating with RRC. You publish RSA models to the collaborative server from your Eclipse client, then while interacting with those models on the server via you Web browser you can create relationships between models and requirements in RRC or DOORS. I believe you can also create requirements in the RM tools while creating links.
At the moment the linking (and querying) takes place from the RSA DM side; we are currently building the RRC release plan for next year, and one of the high-priority items in our the backlog is to make this "naturally" two-way.
