Will unresolved changes be preserved during server migration

Dear Experts,

We have a server migration coming up and we would like to know if the
unresolved changes of a developer be affected even after the complete
database is exported from the old server into the new server?

We upgrade our servers a lot (every few weeks) for internal
self-hosting, and I've never had a problem with this.
