We're still on RTC 2, though planning for RTC 3.

We have a main production RTC machine, and a test machine. It would
be nice if the test machine had a visually distinctive theme so we can
tell at a glance which machine we're on, like a tinted background or
something like that. Are there any already prepared themes somewhere
that we could download?
