cc connector: ccc.exe has two child cleartool.exe processes?

Hi,

When running rtc-cc synchronization with the cc connector, I observed that there are two child cleartool.exe processes created by ccc.exe.

If the two child processes try to access the same element in cc vob, won't that cause dbms access problems? Is it possible for me to restrict to one cleartool.exe child process?

Thanks

Normally, the sync will only be running one cleartool.exe process at a time, but I have seen some cases where the previous cleartool.exe process "lingers" even after it has signalled back that it is done to the cc.exe process ... I speculate that the "red" cleartool.exe process in your diagram is in that state. Can you ask your process explorer for more information on the red cleartool.exe process? (What "state" it is in ... what it's args were, etc).

But in any case, cleartool.exe is implemented under the assumption that an arbitrary number of them can be running in parallel, so there is no need to worry about one harming another. For example, if you are sync'ing multiple sync streams at the same time (which you are certainly allowed to do), each cc.exe process will be running a cleartool.exe process, and those cleartool.exe processes are running in parallel to each other.

Cheers,
Geoff

Same thing happens when you try to type something new.Windows doesn't accept any input from the keyboard. For access the https://unfitpc.com/uccc-exe . So you are unable to search for the programs and apps.
