Report outputs nothing even after running DataCollectionJobs

I think that you may have to "Update" the Data Warehouse before the reports will show up with information. I believe that the "Update" is done by RTC every night. So, you may have to manually force the "Update" to see changes made before then. In v2.0.0.2, I have to do that. I am not sure if it is necessary in v3.x. But, it may be worth a try.

You can do this in the Web UI on the Reports page. On that page, there is a link to "Administer Data Warehouse". When you click on the link, on the page that is displayed there is a button that says "Update all Snapshot Data". You can click that button and it will update the Data Ware House Snapshots. It has worked for me in the past.

I have a RTC project based on formal project management process template. I did some SCM activities. Ran all the data collection jobs. When I run "Project Activity" report I get the below message:

It is possible that this chart is empty because these jobs have not had a chance to run yet.

Any idea why is this happening?

Forcing a data collection is now done via CCM application admin page - look at the Reports section and there is a section on Data collection. On my test system - this is at:

https://jazz-server:9443/ccm/admin#action=jazz.viewPage&id=com.ibm.team.reports.reportsManagementPage

Use your server-name and port in the above to get to your page

The project activity report has a link that should bring you to a setup page that lets you enable data collection for a particular SCM stream. By default RTC does not collect data for all SCM streams.
