Query Total Story Points by Team?

I'd like to be able to get a list of all teams in a release, plus their total story points, and story points completed (Team A, xx total story points, yy story points completed, Team B, xx total story points, etc.). I want to export the data to a spreadsheet for additional manipulation. Is there a way to get this data via a query? I know the data is in RTC, but can't quite see how to get the results I want in a query. Thanks.
