I tried to send invitations to my team from the sandbox today.

Problem
An error occurred during "Generate Invitation".

Mail service is not available or is disabled


Does anyone know if this is a client or server setting?

Hi Stan,

the mail service is a server side setting. There is an SMTP configuration in the advanced properties. I believe it was possible to invite others in the sandbox, maybe this is an infrastructure issue. You might want to submit a bug.
