Is It possible to display IParticipantInfoCollector info to the client?

I am trying to display the IParticipantInfoCollector report to the client as a info or warning.
Searching at Jazz.net I found this question here:

But It is not clear to me if there's no way to create a info to the user.
Is It works only with IProcessReport.ERROR?
