Any way to change default weight of test cases?

I thought there was a way to set a default weight for test cases but I cannot find that listed in the help or in any of the preferences. Is there a way to set a default value for weight? For example we want the default to be 2 rather then 1.

Also, is there any way to edit the section to add a note about what the weight correlates to as a visual reminder as we bring on new team members?

Currently there is no way to change the default test case weight from 100. There is an enhancement request for it, which is here:

If import your test case from excel, all your test case will have the default weight of 1.

In addition, you can update the weight (https://jazz.net/projects/rational-quality-manager/api-doc-2.0/api-files/schemas/qm_xsd/elements/testcase_1.html#r25) of a test case using the Reportable REST API (https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi).
