Test Execution Result Logs Not Included in Snapshots

To reproduce issue:
(1) Create a snapshot of a test plan that includes execution results
(2) Open the snapshot
(3) Navigate down to an execution result. Error message will appear

Alert: Unable to retrieve the specified Test Execution Record. The tab for this failed to load artifact will be closed.

Detail
Unable to retrieve test execution record

Note: the error message seems to be incorrect. TER is present. Test Execution Result is the problem.

Hi Daniel,
This issue no more reproducible in v301x and v4.0. Upgrading to recent release should fix the issue.
