Sending notificatioe-mails to my user account is not working

Hi,

I am the project admin of a RTC Project Area. I am creating and assigning some tasks to my team member, and a notification mail is sent to ever user but when I create a workitem for myself. I don't receive an e-mail.

Is it normal or is it something configurable?

Thank you

The email settings are configurable. To access them go to the CCM application and open your profile from the drop-down menu at the top right (the left-most one out of the three).

Then go to the "Mail Configuration" tab and you can choose which conditions you want to receive emails under.

By default, you will not receive emails if you are the one making the modification, to change this, select the checkboxes in the "Modifier" column.

Stupid of me :) I forgot those configurations. Thank you very much.
