Plans views -TypeError: _76 is null

Zica Valsan (10124745) | asked Sep 19 '14, 2:56 a.m.

we have a client using CLM 4.0.2 and has the following problem when trying to work with the different plans types
for instance, for the release plan: some of the views are completly empty and an error message occurs, some are fine and some are files with the corresponding data in spite of the error message:

Work breakdown, iterations Views-  are ok and the error message occurs
Ranked list, teams                          - are ok, no error message
Work be person, iterations view     - not ok/empty and the error message occurs.

Here is the error message:

Error - [object Object]

hide details

TypeError: _76 is null

Does anybody has a clue what the problem is?

Thank you,

Did you review your plan configuration to see if theren't any corrupted plan view/modes?  You can check that using the Eclipse Client :
Open the PA in Eclipse Client > Process Configuration Tab > Project Configuration > Configuration Data > Planning > Plan Views > Select each of the listed views and see that the Details for it shows "OK to use this Plan View" and not a Red Circle with a Cross in it.
If you see views with a red circle and a cross, consider removing that view and recreating  a new one.

If verifying the plan views and resolving any corrupt views there does not help you, I would recommend contacting Support with more information like :

Does this happen only on a specific Browser?

Could you please add ?debug=true in the Browser URL just before the # and load the failing plan and share the details/error message gathered

for example, if you were using a URL similar to below, to load your plan

then the modified url is :

If the plan view is configured and if you could reach to the edit plan view, you may want to remove some of the displayed attributes like the accumulated time, save and reload the plan

Hi Dinesh,

thank you very much for the answers.

I have tried the suggested approaches and here the outcomes:

1. Plan view in Eclipse. It is not configured (gray out).  Nevertheless, I look at every Plan Modes/View and proved everything is ok.

2. The error occurs in other browser as well (IE).

3. The customers have done several tests in changing the plan view. He noticed that  the plan view works well in the web client as long  the field status/state is not included.

4. Have added the debug info and here the error I got:

TypeError: handle is null

any suggestion ?

Thank you,
